IKEA

I think as far as ikea stores go this is a pretty good one. It has good stock availability for walk in and buy as well as order on like to collect. The restaurant isn't hellish which is a first really, and there is also a café if you just need a quick fix. Layout is labyrinth like as ever but easy enough if you've been to any other ikea store before. Nice big deli as you leave also. All in all not bad, HOWEVER the layout of the general business park itself is hellish. Make sure you go with someone who knows the way or if you're using any kind of satnav/google maps type arrangement then drive at a snails pace because heaven forbid you miss your turning because you'll end up out on the bloody main road again. Nothing to do with ikea granted but I does mean you enter the store already in a bad mood.

Terrible customer service - bought a Billy library and one of the parts were delivered broken in two parts. We called the customer service and were instructed to bring the part broken for an exchange. And when we did, they charged us for it (!). Avoid
