Jack in the Box

This is the THIRD TIME I've tried to eat here when it says open, but I'm sitting here in the drive-thru talking to no one. There's NO sign or any indication saying "closed early"! They need to hire more people and for goodness sake, PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS CLOSED!! (Specially if you close early!)

... AFTER driving up to the window, I see their new hours are finally listed (after third time here) only in small print on their red sign... PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS online, and either turn your lights off when closed, or put a sign out on the drive thru menu screen so people aren't thinking their open like the site says! I truly hope they get back on track.

Service was rude and not helpful. My lettuce from my chicken cob salad was all red and old. The crispy chicken was old and dry too. Overall disappointing

It's a Sunday at about 630 pm and not only is the burger on point and the fries crispy, but the dude that took my order was super respectful and had a good vibe! I didn't come here for the longest because there used to be some want to be tough guy, I'm too smart for this attitude guy and it was unnecessary, but it was a great experience this time around and the dude that was taking orders deserves some high praise and a raise!

Oh hey yeah I went there today I was I wanted to go to the drugstore. So I thought I should get something normal instead of eating soup again so I'm eating soup later but anyway I had a double cheeseburger there. and it was cold as ice. I had a half a bag of fries. they didn't fill the fries up and they weren't that hot they were they were unevenly warm. some really warm some were like cold. and the coffee was cold which was an achievement. you got to work hard for. that's like it it's like a gold star for that cool Happy fall. A lil masochistic 2 keep going to this place.

This location refuses to confirm delivery orders and will not pick up the phone. The worst jitb I have ever dealt with. I have placed 10 orders and only 1 has ever been delivered. Absolutely trash food and customer service.

I am filing multiple complaints with corporate.

STILL no visible indication it's closed except for drive through. EVERY time I'm there people walk up and can't get in. PUT UP A FREAKING SIGN!
Menu "meal" price shows ONE price. Then they ask you "S, M or L"? Meaning fries / drink size but no explanation and price listed is for S. You have to guess the other prices. No straw with your drink. Management here must be extremely lazy.

Just pulled out of drive-thru. Stated to eat fries before they got cold. They were not hot and fresh but lukewarm . Need to get a new heat lamp. Sad, and disappointed. Though one good note the lady who took the order over the speaker was very clear and thorough about the order.

I've gone to this location several times for lack of other options, and I literally can't remember the last time they got an order right. Its been years. I'm not exaggerating at all.

Today, for example, they ask if I want sauce. Yes, I say, hot sauce. He even said "hotsauce" back to me. Guess what wasnt in the bag?

Its hard to be sympathetic toward people who complain about minimum wage when they can't do anything right. Id honestly rather have robots.

I just left there through the drive through and thought i ordered a sourdough jack meal and chicken nugget mea,l but apparently when said i want a number 3 and number 12? That wasnt what i recieved. I thought it was weird i didnt get two drinks and thought the fries where in the bag,but as soon as i pulled out of the drive through i look in the bag and it only had a sourdough jack and chicken nuggets. I turned around and drove straight back to the window and said to the guy that i thought i got fries and a drink and he said he thought.i only ordered the burger and not the meal because thats what every body else orders. Then the manager im guessing asks for my reciept and i didnt take it from him and then they are going on about its five dollars more for the fries and the drink. Then after that i some how get charged for entirely new sourdough jack meal so i can get fries and a drink...bottom line is keep your reciept,ask questions,and fuck this jack in the box

This is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to, we ordered a number 7 and 2 fish sandwiches then ended up cancelling number 7 but the guy charged us anyways then the manager wouldnt refund us!!!
I told her to give me a gift card for the amount she said no eventually I told her your guy did not confirm my order and I don't want this there must be something you can do.


Long story short she refunded us, what the hell why wouldn't you do that from the beginning!!!
