If there was a zero star, I would have selected that. I scheduled a 4:30 AM pick up for me and my son, with the destination being the Burlington airport for an international flight. I received no text/email/phone confirmation from "Quik-Cab" so I called later that evening and they ensured me the driver would arrive on time. 4:30 AM comes and goes and I call the company at 4:35 AM. The driver answered my call and said he wasn't able to make it until 4:50 +/- Frustration at the highest level to say the least. He rudely asked if I still wanted a ride or not. I said yes, and when he showed up he and had another passenger in the front seat with him.
Long story short, my son and I missed our flight by minutes and I had to purchase new tickets out of Boston because we couldn't get out of BTV for 2 days! I've had great success with Quik-Cab for the last two EARLY EARLY morning trips to the airport I've needed. I delayed calling for cabs on both occasions until the night before, and the other companies I called said they were all booked up for scheduled early morning trips. When I asked for a referral, on both occasions the other companies suggested Quik-Cab. When I called Quik-Cab, they were able to schedule my pick-ups with no problems, on one occasion at 3:30 AM and on the second occasion at 4:15 AM. Both times, my driver--who was Geno on both occasions--arrived 15 minutes early. It was a relief to look outside my window as I prepared to leave and know my cab had already arrived. Geno was friendly and on the second occasion even remembered details from our conversation from our first trip together three months earlier. I'm very happy with Quik-cab's punctual and dependable arrival so early in the morning and would use them again in a heartbeat! So grateful for their service!

I actually tried calling this service MULTIPLE times in a row. Each time the phone was answered and no one talked to me directly. I did hear in the back ground, a BUNCH of yelling/arguing which I would only assume would be the employees.
Not quite sure if my connect was terrible I called for the final time. An angry employee answered and rudely stated he had NOTHING for me and hung up on me.

Their not "QUICK" by NO MEAN.....AND, some drivers are RUDE and INCONSIDERATE.

Took the trouble of calling them the night before to arrange a 4 am pickup. First off, the guy who took the "reservation" should bot be public-facing. He was the same guy who, at 4 am was as charming as the night before. Tells me they're running 10-15 minutes behind. I ended up canceling my ride with them, relying on someone else, someone far more reliable. Won't use these folks again!!

They came when requested but that is the ONLY positive thing I can say. We get in the cab. Tell him where we want to go and he starts driving. My boyfriend gets his seat belt on. My won't work. When I tell the driver this he tells us it hasn't worked in a while. On top of that the windshield has a huge crack. There is no meter in the cab so he calls his boss and asks how much to charge us and the boss says $61.00. For a 12 minute drive. We say no thanks pull over and let us out. The boss says that will $20 for our time. We said no way, not when they put us in an unsafe car and do not disclose the price and try to take advantage of us. Long story short Uber got us there for $20. Disgusting, unsafe and sleazy

I needed a ride to work in the morning bc my car was being fixed. Uber and Lyft and Green Cab were unavailable, so I'm giving 2 stars because Quik Cab was available and got me to work. However, the service was absolutely terrible. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude when I scheduled. We are in the middle of the pandemic and THE DRIVER HAD NO MASK!!!!! Not even one in his car or hanging off his ear. This is completely unacceptable to do during the pandemic. Luckily I am fully vaccinated so I wasnt too worried about my personal safety, but this is extremely concerning to MOST OF THE POPULATION. The car was also filthy and smelled terrible. I will not be taking this cab service again unless I'm desperate like I was this morning.

Just had someones sweet grandmother as my driver. She wore more jewlery than Capt Jack Sparrow. But we were in good hands. She knows the city, has been driving for a long long time, and was on time.

An absolutely terrible business! I called for a cab which seemed fine to begin with but when I said I was paying with a card he said he couldn't do it over the phone. I said I would pay when they arrived. Suddenly there was no cab available! I asked why he, (I believe the owner) just said what do you want me to do? I asked if he could suggest another, he doesn't know any! He was terse and the tone was so rude! I have no idea how they stay in business!! I will NEVER call there again nor refer them to anyone!! They really need to get some lessons on being customer friendly!!
