The Kimberley Hotel

Stayed in the kimberley on a work trip to the nearby conference centre. If you are attending the conference centre, this is an ideal place to stay being only 2 minutes walk away.

The hotel itself is a row of 4 or 5 converted Georgian houses which leads to a very confusing lay out. Rooms are split in to 2 wings, I was in the 2nd wing and would not complain one bit about my room. However, my colleague was staying in the 1st wing and had all sorts of issues, cold, small bathroom, no pressure in the shower, etc, etc.

There is a small car park out that back, charged at £6 per day. I had breakfast included and again, no complaints from me and there was plenty to choose from.

Harrogate is a beautiful place and the kimberley, for me, is a good place to put yourself.

I just got back from a trip to Harrogate, staying at the Kimberley for two nights with my partner. It was a lovely stay and I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped, the bathroom was amazing and the service we received was excellent. The breakfast buffet was included in my room deal and it was great, the cooked part especially (the excellent bacon was a highlight; proper dry cured, not your soggy run of the mill nonsense). It was a great base to explore Harrogate and beyond from, excellent stuff!
