The Vin Bin

I just love this wine shop. The proprieters are a lovely couple who make you feel more like family than clients. They have a very personal touch to how they run their business. That means that, in addition to a good selection of well-known labels, they stock quite a few unusual and different wines. They have regular events like tastings and parties on Fridays and major holidays. My wife and I hosted a party here, having them select and taste wines for our friends. You really cannot ask for better in a neighbourhood wine shop.

I've marked this business as 'good for kids' which is a bit of a strange thing to do for a wine shop. But frankly, they are great. They know our kids by name and they always have something to keep the kids occupied if we bring them along: sweets, toys, puzzles, etc.
